Responsable Contrats Multi technique F/H

VINCI Facilities Picardie (64 collaborateurs), implantée dans le département de la Somme (80), recherche actuellement un(e) Responsable Contrats F/H qui sera rattaché(e) à son entreprise de Boves (80) en CDI.

Au sein du service multi technique et sous la responsabilité du Responsable d’affaires, vous assurez les missions suivantes :

  • Manager et dynamiser vos équipes de techniciens
  • Organiser et suivre les maintenances préventives et correctives en multi technique
  • Créer des devis, assurer les commandes et gérer le suivi des approvisionnements
  • Participer aux réunions avec les clients
  • Gérer les sous-traitants
  • Participer au suivi financier des affaires en collaboration avec le Responsable d'affaires
  • Communiquer avec le client et le conseiller sur les améliorations envisageables
  • Rédiger des rapports d'activités

Vous disposez d’une expérience significative dans le domaine multi techniqueet management de minimum 5 ans. Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et polyvalent(e). Vous disposez d’un très bon sens du relationnel et d’une certaine capacité d’écoute.

La maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Pack Office, SAP) est indispensable.

Permis B obligatoire car des déplacements sont à prévoir dans la région des Hauts-de-France.

Type de contrat : CDI

Début souhaité : dès que possible

Rémunération : selon le profil + avantages Groupe (intéressement collectif, participation, PEG, mutuelle, tickets restaurant…)
