Service Delivery Manager (SDM) F/H

En tant que SDM End User Téléphonie, vous serez le point de contact privilégié pour le pilotage opérationnel et stratégique des services de téléphonie et de poste de travail. Vous interviendrez en coordination avec les partenaires internes et externes pour garantir la qualité de service, le suivi des incidents et l’animation des instances de pilotage.

Vos responsabilités principales:

Pilotage et indicateurs:

  • Créer et mettre à jour des indicateurs de pilotage 
  • Produire et maintenir des reportings et tableaux de bord 
  • Élaborer des plannings de niveau Workpackage à partir de modèles existants.

Animation des instances:

  • Préparer, animer et assurer le suivi des revues d’avancement programme/projet.
  • Organiser des revues de pilotage avec les partenaires RUN.
  • Conduire des revues avec les fournisseurs téléphonie mobile et RUN (ERCOM, iBELEM, OCD, SAMSUNG).

Suivi opérationnel:

  • Assurer le suivi hebdomadaire des actions téléphonie et poste de travail.
  • Gérer les incidents majeurs : qualification, escalade, coordination jusqu’à résolution.
  • Coordonner les actions en cours via un plan d’action structuré.

Issu d'une formation technique en informatique, vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion de servcies IT/téléphonie/poste de travail.

Vous maîtrisez des outils de reporting, pilotage et de coordination de projets

Vous êtes en capacité d'animer des réunions et à travailler de manière transversal avec des partenaires internes et externes. 

Vous savez faire preuve d'un bon sens de l'organisation, de rigueur, d'autonomie et d'esprit d'analyse.
