Masselin Energie, Filiale de VINCI Energies basée en basse Normandie, accompagne ses clients dans la conception et la réalisation d’installations en électricité en courant fort et courant faible. 

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Responsable Achats, vous travaillez pour un périmètre Tertiaire chez VINCI Energies. L’Acheteur Projets (H/F) prend en charge les moyens et grands projets sur la partie Achats pour plusieurs entreprises.

Interlocuter(trice) privilégié(e) des Responsables d’Affaires en interne, ils forment des tandems en vue de répondre aux appels d’offres clients.

Vous aurez pour missions :

- Réaliser le sourcing en amont pour la constitution de l’offre commerciale,
- Négocier les contrats avec les fournisseurs,
- Participer aux réunions de lancement lors de l’attribution d’une affaire,
- Planifier et affecter les ressources d’approvisionnement sur le projet,
- Garantir le bon avancement, la maitrise budgétaire d’un point vu Achats, le management des ressources d’approvisionnement affectés lors du déploiement et de la résolution des litiges les cas échéants,
- Travailler sur les stratégies Achats entre les projets en lien avec le Responsable Achats,
- Rencontrer, auditer, évaluer ses fournisseurs et aller à la recherche de nouveaux partenariats

En étroite collaboration avec le responsable des achats vous aurez également à charge : 

-        L’étude et l'analyse de la cartographie des dépenses 

-        Implémentation de contrats locaux dans la base d'achats

-        Réalisation de comparatifs produits et d'outils d'aide aux choix des produits

-        Participation au déploiement des achats responsables


Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation Bac+3 en Achats et justifiez d’une expérience de 3/4 ans dans le domaine des Achats (hors stages).

Vous avez l’esprit fédérateur ainsi que la capacité à vous mettre en mode projet. Votre sens de la synthèse, la gestion des priorités faciliteront votre intégration à ce poste. Nous souhaitons un bon niveau d’Excel, PowerPoint et des outils projets.

La connaissance technique en électricité et la connaissance du milieu tertiaire seraient un plus. Le poste est basé sur Caen et des déplacements entre les sites sont à prévoir. Permis B.
