Assistant responsable d'affaires F/H

Cegelec Nantes Tertiaire, entreprise du réseau de VINCI Energies, basée à Carquefou (44), accompagne ses clients dans la conception et la réalisation d’installation en électricité Tertiaire et recrute un(e) alternant(e) F/H d’un an sur des missions d’Ingénieur Assistant Responsables d’Affaires F/H.

Intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe, vous découvrirez le métier de Responsable d’Affaires en assistant un des Responsables d’Affaires de l’entreprise :

Vous êtes en charge du suivi du chantier et de son avancement
Vous réalisez la gestion de l’approvisionnement selon les besoins du chantier, en collaboration avec les achats
Vous participez aux chiffrages supplémentaires éventuels
Dans le cadre d’appels d’offres ou de nouveaux projets, vous participez aux chiffrages, à la réalisation de dossier technique, à la négociation et au soutien des offres. Puis, lors de l’attribution, vous participez à toutes les phases du projet de sa phase de lancement à la réception 
Vous travaillez en synergie avec le bureau d’études pour la faisabilité technique et le responsable de chantier pour la réalisation du chantier
Vous pourrez vous voir confier des missions transverses afin d’améliorer les processus internes


Préparant un diplôme d’ingénieur ou un Master et attiré(e) par la filière électrique, vous recherchez une entreprise d’accueil dans le cadre de votre alternance pour votre 5ème année près de Nantes.

Vous êtes curieux(se), proactif(ve) et aimez travailler au sein d’une équipe. Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et une certaine aisance relationnelle.
