Agent administratif et comptable F/H

Type de contrat : CDI à Temps partiel

Rattaché(e) au Chef d’Entreprise et Responsable Administratif, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

> Comptabilité Clients :

 -          Gestion de la facturation client, suivi des paiements, relance

-          Saisie des commandes de ventes

-          Dépôt des factures clients sur les plateformes clients

 > Fonction administrative :

 -          Revue des affaires avec les Responsables d’affaires (suivi des contrats, demandes de caution bancaire…)

-          Accueil physique et téléphonique

-          Gestion des courriers et mails

-          Archivage dans des dossiers partagés 

> Dossier d’appels d’offre :

 -          Gestion, suivi, réponse aux appels d’offre (partie administrative)

-          Suivi et mise à jour des documents administratifs

Réaliser les contrats de sous-traitance


Titulaire d'un BAC+2 Compta/Gestion, vous maitrisez les principes comptables et analytiques.

Organisé(e) et dynamique, vous êtes doté(e) de qualité de rigueur indispensable dans ce métier ainsi que d’un excellent relationnel.

Vous aimez le contact, appréciez le travail en équipe et en autonomie et faites preuve de discrétion.

 Une maîtrise du Pack Office (EXEL-WORD-PWP) et de SAP est souhaitable pour cette fonction.


GIORGI INFRA basée sur CAVAILLON, filiale de VINCI ENERGIES, est une entreprise à taille humaine (30 personnes) spécialisée dans le BTP – Réseaux Secs.

Salaire à définir en fonction du profil

Ticket Restaurant : Valeur 12.10 € (part salarié 4.84 €) – valeur 2026
