Uxello est spécialisée dans la sécurité incendie et fait partie du secteur du BTP : nous concevons, réalisons et entretenons des systèmes de sécurité incendie sur mesure, adaptés à chaque type de risques liés au feu 🔥🧯


Uxello Travaux Grand Est recherche un(e) alternant(e) Responsable d’Affaires Travaux pour la rentrée de septembre 2026. Le poste est basé à Cernay-les-Reims, avec un secteur géographique d'intervention sur toute la Région Champagne Ardennes.

L’alternant(e) viendra en soutien au Responsable d’Affaires dans l’accomplissement des missions suivantes :

  • Gestion des affaires d’un point de vue technique & financier ;
  • Manager les équipes terrain attribuées à ses affaires ;
  • Manager la sécurité sur les chantiers ;
  • Coordonner les activités des différents intervenants internes et externes sur ses affaires ;
  • Promouvoir l'image et la notoriété de l'entreprise.

Une période de formation te sera également proposée au sein de notre Entreprise afin de te familiariser avec notre métier et notre secteur d’activité, nous ne te laisserons pas seul(e) !


Tu es actuellement en M1 d’un cycle ingénieur, idéalement en filière Energie, Mécanique, Maintenance, Maîtrise des risques et/ou Management et tu es à la recherche d’une alternance pour l’année prochaine.

Tu possèdes des capacités d’observation, d’analyse et suivi de projets. L’autonomie est au cœur de ce métier ; aller sur le terrain ne te fait pas peur.

Le petit plus : tu possèdes le permis ! Des déplacements sont à prévoir.
