🎯 Au sein d’un service administratif de 3 personnes et sous la responsabilité du Responsable administratif et Financier, vos missions principales seront :

- Saisie des Factures Fournisseurs sur Affaires + Frais Généraux, suivi et analyse

- Traitement des Relances fournisseurs - Gestion des litiges

- Préparation des Règlements Fournisseurs

- Etablissement des factures clients, suivi des impayés

- Saisie de NDF

- Création d'Affaires

Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive et d'autres missions, en lien avec votre poste, pourront être proposées.


De formation BAC à BAC+2 de type Assistanat de Gestion PME/PMI, Comptabilité-Gestion, vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience d’un an minimum réussie sur un poste similaire, la connaissance du secteur du BTP sera un atout supplémentaire à l’étude de votre candidature.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre aisance relationnelle, votre adaptabilité et votre curiosité.

Ce poste requiert les qualités suivantes : rigueur, sens de l’écoute et esprit d’équipe.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le pack Office (Excel et Word notamment).
