06/09/2024Senior Cost Controller – deputy cost controller manager
Role purpose :
Lead monthly, quarterly and yearly project budget and cost control reports by developing and running systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial performance.
Main responsibilities and duties are :
- To coordinate the preparation of project Budgets (B0/B50/B80 & Final budget)
- To set up and implement Budget/Cost Control process, including productivity indicators
- To review the works site progress collected and Earned Value on a monthly basis
- To ensure adequate Analytical coding of all recorded expenses
- To ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded (including adequate accruals and accounting adjustments)
- To prepare and analyse the Monthly project site Cost Control Report
- To prepares end of site trend/Rolling Forecast
- To alert management on budget variations, propose improvement axis & actions plans to prevent recurring variations
- To suggests ways to reduce costs, enhances revenues, and improve profits,
- To report to the Partners as required (FinCom, Partner specific reportings, ...)
- To prepare Ad hoc analysis of costs, scenarios, efficiencies,
- To alert management for all irregularities detected
Senior Cost Controller with at least 10 years of experience at a similar position
You have ideally already worked on a project for a Civil Engineering company within a joint venture project
You speak fluently French and English.
You are used to communicate and work with different cultures, and companies at the same time.
