Vous serez amené(e) à assister l'équipe RH dans diverses tâches telles que :
Formation 70 %
Suivi du plan de formation annuel avec les responsables opérationnels
Inscriptions formations sur ACADEMY et IBS
Recherche d’organismes externes
Inscriptions formations et suivi des calendriers
Suivi de la réalisation et du budget avec élaboration d’un reporting mensuel à destination des chefs d’entreprise.
Suivi administratif : conventions de formation etc.
Administration du Personnel 20%
Gestion administrative des conventions de stage
Gestion administrative des alternants
Organisation du processus d’intégration des alternants
Projet RH 10%
Sensibilisation Handicap auprès des entreprises de la direction
Participation aux projets transverses (QVT.)
Cette expérience vous permettra de développer vos compétences en Ressources Humaines, de découvrir le fonctionnement d'une grande entreprise et de contribuer activement à la gestion des ressources humaines au sein de VINCI FACILITIES IDF Tertiaire.
Vous préparez idéalement une licence en ressources humaines ou un master 1 dans une école type ISEFAC Paris et recherchez une alternance de minimum 2ans
Rythme souhaité : 4jours en entreprise/1 jour école
Vous aimez proposer et mettre en place des projets qui associent le relationnel et l'administratif. Vous aimez les sujets de fond et vous avez le goût du travail bien fait.
Vous êtes :
- Organisé(e) et créatif(ve)
- De nature autonome et force de proposition
- Avec de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et un bon relationnel
- Vous avez également une bonne connaissance du Pack Office.
- L’utilisation de la suite Adobe serait appréciée
