10/03/2026Rejoignez Actemium Maintenance Paris (VINCI Energies) et prenez en charge la structuration, l’optimisation et la fiabilisation des équipements sur un site industriel stratégique à Colombes (92).
Véritable référent technique et méthodologique, vous accompagnez les équipes opérationnelles et contribuez durablement à la performance des moyens de production.
Vos missions :
+ Ingénierie & méthodes de maintenance
• Déployer, structurer et faire évoluer les plans de maintenance préventive.
• Analyser les pannes récurrentes, piloter les actions de fiabilisation et le retour d’expérience (REX).
• Participer à la mise en œuvre de démarches de maintenance conditionnelle.
+ Standardisation & documentation
• Rédiger, digitaliser et mettre à jour les gammes de maintenance, modes opératoires et procédures techniques.
• Garantir la conformité et la mise à jour de la documentation
• Structurer la base de données équipements et pièces de rechange.
+ Support aux équipes terrain
• Apporter un appui technique aux chefs d’équipe et techniciens.
• Participer à l’analyse des interventions complexes et aux redémarrages d’installations.
• Contribuer à la montée en compétences des équipes opérationnelles.
+ Pilotage & Performance
• Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance maintenance (disponibilité, MTBF, MTTR).
• Mettre en place le reporting client et participer aux revues de performance.
• Être force de proposition dans une logique d’amélioration continue.
+ Digitalisation & Outils
• Administrer et optimiser l’utilisation de la GMAO.
• Participer aux projets de digitalisation des processus maintenance et à la mise en place de l’Intelligence Artificielle

Profil recherché :
+ Formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 en maintenance industrielle, génie industriel, mécanique, électrotechnique ou équivalent.
+ Expérience significative en méthodes de maintenance industrielle, idéalement en environnement exigeant
+ Capacité d’analyse, rigueur méthodologique et sens du terrain.
+ Aisance relationnelle pour travailler en interface avec les équipes et le client.
