Actemium Maintenance Toulouse, qui fait partie du réseau VINCI Energies, est spécialisée dans la maintenance industrielle pour les acteurs majeurs du secteur industriel du bassin Toulousain. Nous réalisons pour nos clients la maintenance de leurs installations et sommes force de proposition pour améliorer leurs productivités. Nous recherchons aujourd’hui un Gestionnaire de travaux.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Chiffrage de l’ensemble des travaux du site dans les domaines électrique, mécanique/chaudronnerie, pneumatique, plomberie.
  • Gestion de la sous-traitance ( commandes, suivi opérationnel et intervention en sécurité)
  • Pilotage des équipes travaux ( 2 personnes) 
  • Approvisionnement du matériel
  • Suivi financier des devis réalisés
  • Réalisation et suivi du planning et de la charge
  • Suivi satisfaction client

Vous avez une première expérience dans le chiffrage et la gestion de travaux dans l'industrie ainsi que des connaissance en électricité, mécanique ... 

Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé(e) et avez le sens du service.
