Responsable de contrat maintenance F/H

Actemium Maintenance Toulouse, qui fait partie du réseau VINCI Energies, est spécialisé dans la maintenance industrielle pour les acteurs majeurs du secteur industriel du bassin Toulousain. Nous réalisons pour nos clients la maintenance de leurs installations et sommes force de proposition pour améliorer leurs productivités.

En tant que Responsable de contrat chez Actemium Maintenance Toulouse vos missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Encadrer et coordonner l’ensemble de l’équipe
  • Être garant de l’organisation et de la gestion de la charge de travail quotidienne de l’équipe en veillant au respect des priorités et des délais.
  • Réaliser les entretiens individuels de management
  • Participer aux réunions encadrement du contrat,
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié sur le site client
  • Participer aux réunions techniques avec le client
  • Proposer des améliorations techniques, organisationnelles ou opérationnelles afin d’optimiser la performance du contrat.
  • Être garant du respect des règles de sécurité 

Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et de rigueur. Vous possédez un excellent sens du relationnel et justifiez impérativement d’une expérience en maintenance industrielle ainsi qu’en management d’équipe. Rejoignez-nous !
