Responsable d'affaires (H/F) F/H

En tant que Responsable d’Affaires, vous jouez un rôle stratégique dans le développement de SEDAM VALENTIN.  
Votre objectif : accélérer la croissance commerciale, renforcer notre présence sur les marchés industriels et accompagner nos clients dans leurs projets de mécanisation automatisée. 

Rattaché·e au chef d’entreprise, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes : 

Développement commercial — Prospection, qualification et acquisition de nouveaux clients selon un plan de prospection établi 

Gestion d’affaires — Pilotage complet des projets : analyse du besoin, chiffrage, coordination technique, suivi jusqu’à la livraison. 

Conseil technique — Recommandation de solutions mécaniques robotisées et automatisées adaptées aux problématiques clients. 

Négociation — Construction des offres commerciales, négociation des contrats, fidélisation des comptes clés. 

Veille technologique — Suivi des innovations dans nos domaines d’interventions 

Performance attendue : 
La satisfaction du client 
La maîtrise des engagements (coûts, délais, qualité, sécurité) 
La rentabilité et le développement de l’activité 


Issue d’une formation en robotique, mécatronique, automation ou ingénierie industrielle 

Expérience réussie en gestion d’affaires ou développement commercial dans un environnement technique. 

Maîtrise de la gestion de projet (planning, coûts, risques), des bases de gestion financière d’affaires et des contrats. 

Capacité à comprendre des systèmes complexes (robots, capteurs, actionneurs, machines spéciales). 

Sens du résultat, autonomie et goût du terrain. 

Autonome et organisé(e), vous faites preuve de rigueur dans les tâches qui vous sont confiées. Doté(e) d’un bon relationnel, vous êtes à l’écoute des membres de nos équipes et de nos clients. 

Vous êtes capable et avez la volonté de transmettre votre savoir-faire. 
Anglais professionnel indispensable. 

Vous possédez le Permis B.
