Gestionnaire RH & paie F/H

Nous recrutons un(e) Gestionnaire RH & Paie rattaché(e) à la Responsable Administratif et Financier pour accompagner nos équipes et assurer le suivi administratif RH au sein d’une structure à taille humaine, dynamique et engagée.

Électricité Millot réunit les expertises de Cegelec Vosges (travaux d’électricité tertiaire CFO/CFA) et de Process Energy (systèmes intégration de GTB/GTC et maintenance CVC).
La société, composée d’environ 70 collaborateurs, intervient sur des projets variés, associant installations électriques et solutions de pilotage énergétique.

Vos missions

Paie & Administration du personnel

  • Préparer et traiter l’ensemble du processus paie.
  • Collecter, contrôler et intégrer les variables mensuelles (pointages, absences…).
  • Gérer le paiement des notes de frais, indemnités de déplacement et titres-restaurant.
  • Assurer la gestion administrative des embauches (DPAE, contrats, intégration) et des sorties (STC…).

Temps de travail & Absences

  • Suivre les pointages et relancer les équipes si nécessaire.
  • Gérer les arrêts maladie, dossiers longue maladie et prévoyance.
  • Assurer le suivi et la déclaration des congés et RTT.
  • Gérer les avis à tiers détenteur.
  • Suivre l’intérim et le maillage.

Santé au travail & support RH

  • Organiser et suivre les visites médicales.

Le poste est ouvert sur Thaon-les-Vosges, Gérardmer et Nancy.


Formation Bac+2/3 en RH, paie ou gestion administrative.

Expérience souhaitée en gestion de la paie et administration du personnel.

Rigueur, organisation, sens du service et confidentialité indispensables.

Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en autonomie.

Selon votre profil et vos appétences, des missions complémentaires pourront vous être confiées (par exemple le suivi de certains contrats ou dossiers transverses).
