VINCI Facilities IDF Tertiaire recrute un(e) alternant(e) Adjoint Responsable d’Affaires pour l'une de ses Entreprises spécialisée dans les services de maintenance et travaux associés pour des sites tertiaires en Ile de France.

Poste basé à Emont (95) avec des déplacements à prévoir sur sites clients en IDF.


Rattaché(e) à un Responsable d’Affaires, vous serez intégré(e) au cœur de nos équipes opérationnelles et participerez activement à la gestion de nos contrats en maintenance multitechnique.

Vos missions

Au fil de votre alternance, vous interviendrez sur :

🔧 Pilotage d’activité

  • Suivi des prestations de maintenance (CVC, électricité, multi-technique)
  • Participation à l’organisation et à la planification des interventions
  • Suivi des indicateurs de performance

📊 Gestion financière

  • Participation au suivi budgétaire des contrats
  • Analyse des coûts et optimisation des prestations
  • Contribution aux devis et chiffrages

🤝 Relation client

  • Participation aux réunions clients
  • Suivi de la qualité de service et des engagements contractuels

👷 Management & terrain

  • Accompagnement des équipes techniques
  • Suivi des sous-traitants
  • Participation à la coordination des interventions sur site

🎓 Vous préparez :

Une Licence COTIE (CNAM) OU Un cycle ingénieur (type ESME Sudria ou équivalent)

💡 Vous êtes :

  • Curieux(se), impliqué(e) et orienté(e) terrain
  • À l’aise avec les environnements techniques
  • Doté(e) d’un bon relationnel et d’un esprit d’équipe
  • Organisé(e) avec une appétence pour la gestion de projet
