đź’Ľ Vos missions principales

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Administratif d’Entreprise, vous assurez un rôle clé dans la gestion comptable au quotidien :

👉 Comptabilité clients

RĂ©ception et contrĂ´le des demandes de facturation
Ouverture des affaires et création des commandes clients
Émission et envoi des factures
Suivi des encaissements, gestion des impayés et relances clients


👉 Comptabilité fournisseurs

ContrĂ´le et saisie des factures sous SAP
Gestion des anomalies et factures non conformes
Mise en règlement des fournisseurs
Création et mise à jour des comptes fournisseurs
Suivi des litiges et relances fournisseurs


👉 Suivi et analyse

Accompagnement des Responsables d’Affaires sur le suivi comptable
Participation à l’analyse des données clients et fournisseurs


👉 Missions transverses

Gestion des notes de frais (saisie et paiement)
Suivi administratif des intérimaires (pointages, facturation)


👤 Votre profil

Formation Bac à Bac+2 en comptabilité ou gestion
Première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire
Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (la connaissance de SAP est un plus)
