Comptable général / fournisseur / client F/H

VINCI FACILITIES recrute un(e) comptable (H/F) en CDI pour une de ses sociétés, basée à Ermont (95). 

Vous aurez pour principales missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Administratif Financier, vous serez l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des collaborateurs sur le plan comptable de la société. Vous prendrez notamment en charge :

-        Intégration des relevés bancaires

-        Saisie des opérations courantes de banque

-        Rapprochement clients et fournisseurs

-        Intégration des VCOM

-        Création des virements Manuels

-        Saisie des frais généraux

-        Intégration des nouveaux RIB

-        Rapprochements Bancaires

-        DADS 2

-        Justifs des comptes de Bilan

-        Affectation et suivi des signataires

-        Suivi de la trésorerie pour remontée mensuelle

-        Saisie des immobilisations

-        Courriers


Titulaire d'un Bac +2 dans le domaine de la comptabilité ou de la gestion d'entreprise, vous disposez d’une expérience d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire, vous avez une bonne maîtrise de la comptabilité générale.

Une expérience sur un poste de comptabilité générale au sein d’une entité Vinci Energies d’au moins 3 ans serait un plus.

Vous maitrisez le pack office et SAP et disposez d’une aisance orale et écrite.

Dynamique et polyvalent, vous aimez le contact avec les autres.

Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l'organisation et réactivité sont des qualités essentielles pour réussir dans ce poste. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez également un bon relationnel pour dialoguer avec les opérationnels. Votre adaptabilité et votre gestion des délais vous permettront de vous épanouir dans notre entreprise.
