La société BER 21 fait parti de SOGEA Environnement, filiale de VINCI Construction qui intervient en France métropolitaine pour tous les métiers des réseaux en conception, construction, réhabilitation, maintenance et exploitation. Organisée en 5 régions sur la France, SOGEA Environnement réalise un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 700 millions d’euros et compte 3 500 collaborateurs.

La société BER 21 recrute  : 

Un chef d'équipe H/F

Sous l’autorité d’un Chef de chantier, votre quotidien s’articule autour des missions suivantes :

Vous assurez la construction des ouvrages du réseaux secs (Gaz, électrique, fibre...)  dans les règles de l’art (préparation, réalisation du chantier, gestion de l’approvisionnement en matériaux et matériel, coordination des différents intervenants, contrôle de la qualité des ouvrages construits).
Vous déterminez les besoins matériel, engins et personnel.
Vous organisez la sécurité sur le chantier, le travail de l’équipe.
Vous accueillez et accompagnez les nouveaux arrivants et jouez le rôle de tuteur.
Vous encadrez votre équipe sur le chantier et assurez, en liaison avec le Chef de chantier, le bon déroulement du chantier conformément aux objectifs.

Vous êtes le garant de la bonne exécution des travaux et vous veillez au respect du planning.  




Vous êtes issu d'une formation bac de type Bac Pro TP ou justifiez d'une expérience sur un poste similaire.

Votre sérieux, votre organisation et votre rigueur vous permettront de tenir vos délais de réalisation dans l’application des règles de sécurité et de prévention. Vous savez vous adapter au terrain.
