Conducteur travaux GO-TCE F/H

Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, au sein de notre filiale C3B (70 M€, 230 collaborateurs), nous recrutons un.e Conducteur.trice de Travaux pour notre Agence de Fontaine-les-Dijon.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Travaux , vous superviserez un ou plusieurs chantiers en GO et TCE.

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :


- La préparation technique et budgétaire de vos chantiers


- Le management des équipes d'exécution


- La gestion des moyens de production


- La gestion financière et contractuelle du chantier


- La clôture des travaux : contrôle de la livraison de l'ouvrage, facturation définitive

Vous interviendrez sur la région Bourgogne.


Vous êtes issu.e d'une formation supérieure en Bâtiment (Bac +5). Vous disposez d'une première expérience significative de 3 ans minimum, en conduite de travaux GO/TCE.


Votre sens du relationnel, votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et de l'anticipation vous assureront réussite dans ce poste.
