Coordinateur courrier référent F/H

Au sein du service courrier de l'un de nos clients basé à Suresnes, vous aurez en charge les missions suivantes : 

- Encadrement de la prestation courrier

-  Mise en place et application stricte des procédures

-  Mise en place d’un outil de suivi

-  Mise en place de KPI pour le bon suivi de la prestation 

-  Suivi administratif dans le respect des normes agroalimentaire du client

-  Préparation de la tournée courrier

-  Réception, tri et dispatch du courrier dans les étages

-  Gestion des courriers recommandés, DHL, Plis spéciaux, coursiers...

-  Gestion de la machine à affranchir

-  Affranchissement du courrier au départ 

-  Gestion des colis (réception, enregistrement, affranchissement)

-  Suivi stock papier et cartouches imprimantes + dispatch dans les locaux copieurs

-  Manutention 


Compétences requises pour le poste :

- Une expérience signaficative au sein d'un service courrier

- Rigueur et esprit de service

- Respect des instructions de travail et des règles de sécurité

- Sens des responsabilités

- Utilisation des outils digitaux et du pack office
