Actemium Maintenance Toulouse, qui fait partie du réseau VINCI Energies, est spécialisé dans la maintenance industrielle pour les acteurs majeurs du secteur industriel du bassin Toulousain. Nous réalisons pour nos clients la maintenance de leurs installations et sommes force de proposition pour améliorer leurs productivités.

Dans le cadre de nos activités de maintenance industrielle, nous travaillons sur des GMAO (gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur) assez complexes d’utilisation. Afin de simplifier la saisie des rapports d’intervention pour les techniciens, nous avons développé une solution alternative basée sur :

  • une interface à base de python
  • des fichiers Excel issus d’exports automatisés
  • des scripts  automatisés

Cette solution fonctionne efficacement sur le terrain, mais reste atypique dans son approche.

🎯 Objectif du stage

Nous souhaitons faire évoluer cette interface vers une solution plus robuste et ergonomique, tout en conservant sa simplicité d’usage pour les techniciens.

Tu interviendras sur :

  • l’amélioration de l’interface utilisateur (UX orientée terrain)
  • la structuration et la fiabilisation des flux de données
  • l’adaptation du système existant (Excel / scripts / automatisations)
  • la compréhension des besoins métiers en maintenance

👉 Ce projet n’est pas un projet informatique “académique” : il s’agit d’un système hybride, pragmatique, orienté usage terrain


👤 Profil recherché

Nous recherchons avant tout un profil :

  • curieux et capable de comprendre un système existant “non standard”
  • à l’aise avec Python (même niveau intermédiaire)
  • intéressé par le terrain industriel / maintenance
  • capable de travailler sans cahier des charges ultra détaillé

💡 Tu dois être à l’aise avec l’idée de :

  • lire du code existant
  • t’adapter à des outils variés
  • proposer des améliorations concrètes
