Technicien(ne) de Maintenance Electricité et Multi-technique F/H

VINCI Facilities fait partie du réseau d’entreprises de maintenance de VINCI Energies. Nous sommes spécialisés dans la gestion des installations techniques de bâtiments professionnels et des services aux occupants tout en optimisant les coûts et la qualité.

A la recherche de femmes et d’hommes engagés, audacieux et attachés à l’esprit de service, VINCI Facilities, recherche dans le cadre du développement de son activité, un(e) Technicien(ne) de Maintenance Electricité et Multi techniquepour intervenir en itinérance chez notre client.

VOS MISSIONS

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’affaires, vous êtes en charge de :

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques des différentes agences et centres de tri de la région;
  • Assurer les petits travaux d'ordre technique;
  • Réaliser les dépannages multi techniques (menuiserie/serrurerie, plomberie, électricité, CVC, second œuvre, etc.);
  • Assurer le reporting des interventions réalisées notamment à l’aide de compte rendus dématérialisés (GMAO);
  • Gérer la relation client;
  • Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité, des normes en vigueur et de la réglementation applicable;
  • Garantir un esprit de service.


Titulaire d'une formation Bac à Bac +2 avec une spécialisation en électricité, vous possédez une expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans dans le milieu de la maintenance corrective et préventive dans les bâtiments tertiaires et notamment en CFO/CFA.

Vous possédez les habilitations électriques nécessaires à la tenue du poste : BC, BR, H0V.

En relation directe avec notre client, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service et êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel.

Autonome et ayant un réel goût du terrain, vous faites preuve de rigueur et de réactivité.
