Comptable clients / fournisseurs (activité recyclage / valorisation) F/H

La société MAT’ILD (Groupe Vinci), spécialisée dans la gestion des déchets du BTP et traitement de mâchefers, recherche un(e) comptable clients et/ou fournisseurs confirmé(e) pour son site de GARDANNE (13).

Vous serez intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe administrative et financière, et aurez pour missions :

Comptabilité clients :

Contrôler la conformité de la facturation
Émettre la facturation mensuelle
Saisir et suivre les règlements clients
Lettrer les comptes clients
Préparer et assurer le suivi des relances clients en collaboration avec le service commercial
Suivi des assurances crédit clients

Comptabilité fournisseurs :

Saisir les factures fournisseurs liées à l’exploitation
Enregistrer les commandes d’achat annuelles et mettre à jour les tarifs de transport
Créer les comptes fournisseurs
Saisir les prélèvements bancaires
Suivi de la balance fournisseurs et des commandes non soldées


Diplômé(e) d'un BAC+2/+3 types BTS / DUT OU licence pro spé. en comptabilité et gestion, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en compta clients et fournisseurs. La connaissance de SAP serait un plus
