Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) Marchés Publics F/H

Vos missions

Vous accompagnez les Responsables d’Affaires dans la gestion administrative de leur portefeuille clients et contribuez activement au bon déroulement des projets. Vous êtes un (e) interlocuteur –(trice) clé entre les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.

Concrètement :

👉 Sur la gestion administrative et les marchés publics, vous :

  • Accompagnez les Responsables d’Affaires dans le suivi administratif de leurs dossiers
  • Participez à la constitution et au suivi des réponses aux appels d’offres publics
  • Apportez votre expertise sur les procédures liées aux marchés publics

👉 Sur la gestion financière, vous :

  • Suivez le cycle de facturation via CHORUS
  • Veillez à la bonne gestion administrative des factures et des dossiers associés
  • Vous assistez notre responsables administratif et financier dans son quotidien.

👨‍🎓 Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation Bac+2 minimum en gestion, administratif ou équivalent
📊 Vous disposez de solides connaissances en marchés publics et avez des connaissances solides en comptabilité
⚡ Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire
💻 Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques
🤝 Vous êtes autonome, curieux(se) et appréciez le travail en équipe
