                      Agent Administratif et Comptable F/H

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Administratif d'Entreprise, vous prenez en charge différentes missions administratives et comptables de l’entreprise. 

Vous serez notamment amené(e) à assurer les missions suivantes :


* la vérification des documents comptables fournisseurs
* l’imputation des factures fournisseurs dans les comptes de charges et le       rapprochement de factures avec les bons de commande et BL
* la préparation des campagnes de règlement
* le suivi des relances fournisseurs

* Préparation et suivi de dossiers administratifs (courriers, devis, ....)

* Collecte et saisie des éléments variables de paie (pointages)

Poste à 80 % Basé sur Harfleur (76)  


Niveau : BAC + 2  BTS Comptabilité, DUT GEA avec expérience de 5 ans minimum

Organisé et rigoureux, vous savez gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle et respecter les délais. Vous faites preuve de discrétion et de confidentialité dans le traitement des informations.

Doté d’un bon relationnel, vous êtes à l’aise dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs variés (salariés, responsables, partenaires externes).

La maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) est indispensable. 

La connaissance de l'ERP SAP serait un plus

Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, discrétion et qualité relationnelles sont indispensables pour votre réussite dans le poste.
