Financieel projectadministrateur

Voor de afdeling financiële administratie zijn we op zoek naar een financieel projectadministrateur (24-32 uur per week). 

Als financieel projectadministrateur zorg jij voor een juiste, volledige en transparante financiële projectadministratie. Je ondersteunt projectleiders en de financiële administratie/control-afdeling door kosten, uren en facturen nauwkeurig te verwerken. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik blijven projecten financieel op koers en worden contractuele afspraken correct nageleefd. 

Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s van de financiële administratie en projectleiders. Je legt verantwoording af aan de company-controller, van wie je richtlijnen en kaders ontvangt.  

Jouw belangrijkste taken

  • Projectadministratie beheren en controleren 
  • Verwerken en controleren van facturen, boekingen en kostenallocaties 
  • Signaleren en analyseren van financiële afwijkingen 
  • Financiële ondersteuning bieden aan projectmanagers 
  • Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen de administratie 
  • Debiteurenbewaking 
  • Verwerken van inkoop- en kostenfacturen 
  • Verwerken van verkoopfacturatie 
  • Bewaken van projectdocumenten 



Je brengt het volgende mee

  • Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding (of vergelijkbaar niveau) in financiële richting, aangevuld met relevante werkervaring 
  • Cijfermatig inzicht en analytisch vermogen 
  • Een zelfstandige, accurate en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding 
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal 
  • Integriteit, discretie en een voorbeeldfunctie in kwaliteit en netheid 
  • Een proactieve en flexibele instelling 
  • Het talent om overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische projectomgeving 
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichtheid
