VINCI Facilities CEGELEC MISSENARD recrute un Responsable d'exploitation/contrat (F/H) pour l'une de ses Entreprises spécialisée dans les services de maintenance et travaux associés pour des sites tertiaires en Ile de France.

Rattaché au responsable d’affaires, votre mission principale sera la gestion de contrats multi-techniques sur plusieurs sites.

En outre vos missions seront: 

  • Management de collaborateurs ( 8 personnes) et d’entreprises sous-traitantes
  • Pilotage d’un budget
  • Assurer le bon déroulé des opérations de maintenance et de dépannage sur les installations Multi-technique des sites
  • Réalisation des réunions et reporting mensuel, trimestriel et annuel
  • Suivi et respect des normes techniques et de sécurité

Profil:

  • Formation Bac+2/3 (BTS, DUT ou licence Maintenance industrielles, Fluides Energies Environnement, Electrotechnique) ou de niveau d’étude inférieur avec une forte expérience terrain
  • Expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire avec une expertise sur des projets en média ou activité sensible ( hôpitaux, data...)
  • Très bonnes connaissances en CVC et outils connectés (tablettes, GMAO, GTB…) 
  • Votre esprit de service, rigueur, autonomie et adaptabilité sont des atouts majeurs pour réussir à ce poste.
