Ancrée sur le territoire de la Manche, l’entreprise SARLEC, filiale de VINCI Energies, est spécialisée dans les travaux d’infrastructure de réseaux d’énergies : réseaux électriques et éclairage public. Nous travaillons principalement sur des travaux d’installation électrique sur la voie publique pour le compte du Syndicat d’électrification et d’Enedis.     
Basée à La Haye du Puits depuis 90 ans, l'entreprise SARLEC compte 35 salariés qui ont à cœur de faire vivre au quotidien des valeurs fortes telles que la solidarité, le bien-vivre ensemble et la vigilance partagée de la santé de chacun.   
 Nous recherchons un/une :  

Chef d'équipe Génie Civil - F/H 
Poste basé à La Haye du Puits (50) 

MISSIONS 
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d’Affaires, vous encadrerez une équipe pour réaliser les missions d’interventions de génie civil :  

  • Vous assurez la pose de réseaux secs (massifs, chambres, câbles, coffrets, …) ainsi que des petits travaux de maçonneries sur le domaine public et également en partie privative.
  • Vous assurez le management des équipes internes, des clients et la sous-traitance sur les chantiers grâce à votre bon relationnel.
  • Vous mettez en œuvre votre savoir-faire et votre autonomie pour assurer la conduite des chantiers via l’approvisionnement des agrégats et la gestion des déchets.
  • Vous prenez en compte les moyens de préventions afin de garantir la sécurité sur vos chantiers.
  • Votre rigueur vous permet de vérifier les moyens mis à votre disposition (stock, matériels nécessaires à la réalisation du chantier confié).
  • Bon communiquant, vous transmettez quotidiennement l’avancement sur les chantiers à votre responsable d’affaires.
  • Organisé, vous assurez la gestion de la logistique pour le chantier, élaborez, vérifiez et transmettez tous les documents administratifs et légaux nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux avec rigueur.

Type d’emploi :  Temps plein, CDI, Ouvrier 
Salaire : 32 000 k€ bruts par an 
Rythme de travail : Du lundi au vendredi – 37h50 – RTT

De formation génie civil, vous êtes curieux et aimez le travail d’équipe. 
Vous possédez le permis B. 
Disposer des formations qualifiantes suivantes serait un plus :  
CACES R 482 catégorie A et B1. 
Habilitation électrique à minima niveau H0/B0. 
Autorisation d'Intervention à Proximité des Réseaux.
