Responsable d'Affaires Réseaux Electriques - F/H

pour son site de La Haye-du-Puits. 

Votre mission ?  Piloter des projets d'envergure, de la réponse aux appels d'offres à la satisfaction client, en passant par le management d'équipes et le suivi financier. 


Vos atouts ?  Une formation supérieure en électrotechnique ou génie civil, une expérience confirmée en gestion d'affaires et un excellent relationnel.

En détail : 

Vos responsabilités : 
- Gestion complète des affaires (commercial, budgétaire, technique, sécurité) 
- Management d'équipes (responsables de travaux, monteurs réseaux) 
- Suivi financier et contractuel des projets 
- Développement commercial et fidélisation clients 
- Contribution à la stratégie de l'entreprise

Votre profil : 


- Formation supérieure en électrotechnique ou génie civil 
- Expérience significative en gestion d'affaires 
- Sens de l'organisation, réactivité et excellent relationnel 
- Goût du challenge et esprit d'initiative
