Sogea Environnement, filiale de VINCI Construction intervient en conception, construction, réhabilitation, maintenance et exploitation en France métropolitaine pour tous les métiers des travaux hydrauliques. 

Organisée en 5 régions sur la France, la délégation réalise un chiffre d’affaires de plus de 700 millions d’euros et compte 3 500 collaborateurs.

La Direction Régionale Nord-Est recherche un(e) gestionnaire paie pour intégrer une équipe qui gère 820 paies environ.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable paie vous serez en charge d'un périmètre d'environ 200 à 250 paies.

Vos missions consisteront en la réalisation de la paie :

- intégration de variables / contrôle / saisie d'éléments divers / paiement suivant calendrier

- déclarations mensuelles, trimestrielles ou annuelles réglementaires et paiement des cotisations

- réalisation des STC

- suivi des congés payés

- suivi des indemnisations en cas d'absence maladie, maternité,...

L'outil paie utilisé à ce jour est ANAEL Paie (Sysper), une migration est en cours sur SAP.

De plus, vous apporterez des réponses aux salariés ou relais RH en agence concernant leur situation et leur paie.


Diplômé(e) d'un Bac +2/3 en comptabilité ou en RH option paie, vous avez une première expérience réussie dans un service paie idéalement dans le domaine du BTP. Toutefois, les profils débutants seront regardés.

Rigueur et sens de la confidentialité sont des atouts indispensables pour ce poste.
