Responsable d'Affaires Maintenance (F/H)
En tant que Responsable d’Affaires Maintenance, vous pilotez et développez notre portefeuille de contrats de maintenance.
Vous êtes responsable de la performance économique, de la satisfaction client et de la bonne organisation de l’activité.
Vos responsabilités principales
🔹 Pilotage des contrats
Suivre la rentabilité (CA, marge, heures, pièces).
Anticiper les renouvellements.
Proposer des améliorations techniques et énergétiques.
Garantir le respect des engagements contractuels.
🔹 Développement commercial
Fidéliser et développer le portefeuille clients.
Identifier des opportunités de travaux complémentaires.
Réaliser les offres et négociations.
🔹 Coordination opérationnelle
Travailler en lien étroit avec votre Adjoint, les techniciens et les méthodes.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance.
Participer aux réunions clients.
🔹 Sécurité & qualité
Garantir l’application des règles sécurité.
Veiller à la conformité réglementaire des interventions.
Profil recherché
- Formation Bac Pro Ă Bac+2 (maintenance industrielle, Ă©lectrotechnique, MEI, MSMA, CVC ou Ă©quivalent).
- Expérience en maintenance industrielle, air comprimé, utilités ou équipements techniques.
- Bon niveau en dépannage mécanique et électrique.
- À l’aise avec la lecture de plans et l’utilisation d’outils de mesure.
- Utilisation de la GMAO ou appétence pour les outils numériques.
- Autonome, rigoureux, avec un bon sens du service client.
- Habilitations électriques ou capacité à les obtenir rapidement.
- Permis B indispensable.
