Nous recherchons pour notre entreprise de Cournon d'Auvergne un.e assistant.e Ă  mi temps.

En Ă©quipe avec l’assistante d’entreprise, en collaboration avec les responsables d’affaires, vous participez au quotidien administratif de l’entreprise

Gestion des demandes quotidiennes (clients, fournisseurs, sous-traitants, collaborateurs)
RĂ©daction des courriers, devis, contrats de sous-traitance
Enregistrement des demandes clients
Enregistrement des demandes fournisseurs
