ACTEMIUM MAINTENANCE AUXERRE, entreprise du réseau VINCI ENERGIES,  spécialisée en maintenance industrielle, proche de ses clients, offre une gamme complète de prestations en maintenance mécanique, électricité, automatisme, mise en conformité et rénovation (retrofit). L'entreprise est également un des acteurs majeurs dans les contrats de maintenance.

Le chef d'équipe maintenance pilote le contrat de maintenance chez notre client avec l'aide de 2 à 3 techniciens maintenance. Ses principales missions consisteront à organiser et superviser les travaux de maintenance en s'assurant du respect des engagements en terme de qualité et délais; participer aux actions d'amélioration continue ; participer aux réunions avec le client ; développer le contrat chez le client; remonte les informations au Responsable d'affaires et alerte en cas dérive ; assure le support et conseil technique au sein de son équipe ; etc....


Issu(e) d'une formation BAC. PRO. à BAC+2 en électromécanique, électrotechnique et/ou maintenance des systèmes industriels (MAI, MI, MEI). Première expérience en management d'équipe et de contrat de maintenance (responsable maintenance)

Poste basé à Le Creusot (71) ; poste sédentaire 

Etre motivé et rigoureux, aimer le travail en équipe, avoir le sens relationnel et du client ; possibilité de développer ses compétences techniques par la formation continue ; mise à jour des habilitations et/ou CACES.
