Assistant comptabilité et administratif F/H

Vos missions
En collaboration avec l’équipe administrative et comptable, vous participerez à :

Saisie et suivi comptable :

  • Enregistrement des factures fournisseurs et clients
  • Préparation des règlements et suivi des paiements
  • Contrôle et rapprochement des pièces comptables

Support administratif :

  • Gestion du courrier et des appels
  • Mise à jour des bases de données et classement des documents
  • Participation à la préparation de dossiers administratifs

Contribution à la vie du service :

  • Aide ponctuelle sur des projets administratifs
  • Collaboration avec les différents services internes

Profil recherché

Étudiant(e) en Bac +2 (BTS Comptabilité-Gestion, BTS Assistant Manager, BTS Gestion PME ou équivalent)

À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word)

Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d’un bon sens relationnel

Une première expérience (stage ou projet) en comptabilité ou administration est un plus
