L’entreprise DINACTIS, 20 collaborateurs, du Groupe VINCI Energies, apporte à ses clients une expertise dans la conception et la réalisation de systèmes et d’équipements de génie climatique, ventilation, de dépoussiérage et de maintenance industriels.

Nous recherchons un Chef d’entreprise F/H pour évoluer au sein de DINACTIS, sur notre site basé à Lillebonne (76)

Vos Missions :

Rattaché(e) au Directeur, vous bâtissez et conduisez le projet stratégique de votre entreprise, restez à l’écoute de votre marché et veillez à l’épanouissement professionnel de vos équipes. Vous êtes un entrepreneur.

  • Piloter et développer avec éthique la performance globale de votre entreprise (plan d’actions commercial,…)
  • Développer les compétences de vos collaborateurs afin de garantir le niveau d’expertises techniques
  • Appliquer et faire appliquer la politique sécurité, qualité, environnement
  • Participer et être acteur d’un dialogue social de qualité
  • Promouvoir la vie en réseau dans le Groupe, créer des synergies

  • Ingénieur(e) de formation
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience réussie en management d’entreprise
  • Vous aimez développer la relation client et trouver des solutions techniques innovantes
  • Le + : avoir une expérience dans les métiers de froid et/ou génie climatique
