Actemium Angola, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil&Gas, has over 25 years' experience in global contract maintenance, and provides five activities including pump inspection and refurbishment, flexible pipe solutions, plate heat exchanger inspection and maintenance, mechanical seal inspection and refurbishment, and fire and gas detection, repair and calibration. Today, we also work on telecom projects in collaboration with our colleagues Axians Oil & Gas Paris.
As a Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Project Manager at Actemium Angola, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of electrical and instrumentation projects for our clients in the oil and gas sector. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and supervising projects, ensuring their delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate electrical and instrumentation projects from the design phase to commissioning.
- Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare responses to tenders, in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
- Supervise technical teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance with work standards.
- Monitor project progress and regularly report on their status to stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources, optimizing costs and timelines.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and quality audits.
Qualifications:
- Degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation, or a related field.
- Significant and senior experience in managing electrical and instrumentation projects, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations in the oil and gas sector.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
