Nous intervenons en conception, réalisation et maintenance pour l’exploitation et la sécurisationdes infrastructures de transport (routes et tunnels, transports en commun et fluvial).

ENFRASYS est basée à Rillieux la Pape. Composée de 75 collaborateurs et collaboratrices, nous réalisons un Chiffre d'Affaires de 12 M€. Nous recherchons :

un(e) Adjoint(e) Responsabe d'Affaires

Notre vocation : rendre les infrastructures de transport plus sûres, plus efficientes et plus économes

Rattaché.e au Responsable d'Affaires, vous serez son bras droit afin de permettre le bon suivi et la bonne exécution de ses affaires/projets.Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Réaliser les études de chiffrages et de réalisations conformément aux normes et spécifications du clients (CFO/cfa et-ou Automatismes, supervision, informatique)
  • Assurer la maîtrise des plannings et le contrôle du respect des délais
  • Gérer la gestion des approvisionnements
  • Piloter le démarrage et la bonne marche des chantiers
  • Participer à la démarche d’amélioration et d’innovation.
  • Assurer la gestion financière globale
  • Manager les équipes de technicien.nes (3-4 personnes)
  • Assurer la bonne relation avec toutes les parties prenantes
  • Garantir la réception finale de l’affaire


Formation :

Formation supérieure en génie électrique / automatisme / informatique assortie de 3 ans d'expériences minimum.

Compétences Techniques :

- Connaissance de systèmes techniques : courants faibles/forts, supervision, automatisme

- Maitriser la gestion de projet 

- Esprit d’équipe

- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multi-technique et innovant

- Environnement des infrastructures de transports

- Management d'équipe

Savoir être :

- Capacité d’organisation, d’anticipation

- Capacité à communiquer

- Travail en équipe

- Capacité à entreprendre

Conditions de travail :

- Poste basé à Lyon (Rillieux la Pape)
- Déplacements possibles selon les projets et prospection commerciale
