Lyon Aéroport, 1er aéroport du réseau VINCI Airports en France pilote l’exploitation des aéroports Lyon–Saint Exupéry et Lyon–Bron.

Le Service Juridique, composé de 4 personnes, est rattaché au Directeur des ressources humaines et juridique. Il collabore étroitement avec la Direction Financière ainsi que les Services Achats et Qualité. Nous recherchons un stagiaire juriste à partir de mai 2024 pour une durée de 6 mois.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
·        Recherches et notes sur procédures – projets « achats », « concessions » et « contrats de partenariat » dans le cadre de la commande publique

·        Recherches et notes en droit des contrats privés et publics conclus conformément aux règles de la commande publique

·        Sujets relatifs à l’occupation du domaine public // autres questions de droit public des affaires pouvant se poser au niveau du service juridique d’ADL


Profil souhaité :

Master 2 droit public des affaires – ou stage PPI pour élève d’école d’avocats
