PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER required by our Client, an International Oil and Gas Operator, to be assigned on a Contract basis, located in Milan, Italy during Engineering phase.

(May relocate to Site during Construction activities at Engineering completion or provide remote support from home office)

DURATION         12 months, renewable
SCHEDULE         5 days per week (residential status)

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Project Control support in relation to;

• Providing Project Control tools, reports, and deliverables consistently and accurately for N+1, N+2.

• General support to Onshore PMT and overall Project Controls team.

• Reporting of project progress status, opportunities, and threats.

• Co-ordinate of Schedule interfaces associated with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Fabrication activities.

• Co-ordination of Area 4 reporting on elements of shared facilities scope.

• Co-ordination of Change Management processes.

• Co-ordination of Risk Management processes.

• Co-ordination and verification of EPC Contractor Home office deliverables (Project Controls).

• General support to Onshore Project Services.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 20 yrs. experience in supervisory project control roles in large projects.

• Experience with budget responsibility and accountability.

• Significant experience of reporting and co-ordination of all project control functions.

• Demonstratable experience of managing processes associated Change and Risk Management.

• Must have legal right to work in Italy.
