Assistant(e) administratif & opérationnel F/H F/H

Uxello est spécialisée dans la sécurité incendie et fait partie du secteur du BTP : nous concevons, réalisons et entretenons des systèmes de sécurité incendie sur mesure, adaptés à chaque type de risques liés au feu.
Afin d'assurer un remplacement, Uxello Grand Est basée à Messein (54) recherche un(e) assistant(e) pour des tâches administratives et opérationnelles. 

Si vous êtes prêt(e) à rejoindre une entreprise en pleine croissance d’activité, cette offre est faite pour vous ! Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Commandes d’achats et de contrats de sous-traitance ;
  • Création d’affaires ;
  • Suivi de la facturation clients ;
  • Accueil téléphonique, réception de colis ;
  • Aide aux responsables d’affaires dans la gestion de leurs affaires : planning, matériels, relations prestataires etc.
  • Diverses tâches administratives ;

Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible. Un accompagnement sous forme de formations internes et de tutorat est prévu afin de faciliter votre prise de poste et votre intégration.  


Afin de mener à bien ces missions, nous recherchons une personne se rapprochant du profil ci-dessous :

  • Connaissance du logiciel SAP.
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office
  • Une expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire est préférée, mais pas exigée. L’essentiel repose sur votre capacité d’adaptation et votre envie d’apprendre !
