Votre objectif : assurer le développement de l'activité commerciale de l'entreprise.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

-          Définir et mettre en œuvre le plan d'action commercial : cibles prioritaires, analyse de la cible et du processus de décision du prospect

-          Etablir les axes de conquête de nouveaux clients et de fidélisation 

-          Réaliser des actions de prospection

-          Analyser le contexte et le cadre législatif (intervenants/prescripteurs) des besoins du client

-          Gérer l'apport d'experts dans une négociation

-          Construire les propositions commerciales et veiller à leur pertinence organisationnelle, technique, financière et contractuelle 

-          Assurer les négociations commerciales et contractuelles en veillant à prendre en compte les aspects QSE et réglementaires

-          Accompagner l'équipe d'exploitation lors de la prise en charge du contrat

-          S'assurer de la bonne tenue à jour du CRM

Des déplacements réguliers sur la Lorraine sont à prévoir. Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous bénéficiez d’un véhicule de fonction.


D’un contact aisé et curieux(se) de nature, vous disposez d’une expérience réussie en prospection commerciale, chiffrage et construction d’offre commerciale dans le secteur du bâtiment. Des connaissances de base dans le domaine de l’électricité et CVC seront un atout.

Vous savez « construire une stratégie » pour la prise d'affaires, prospecter, chiffrer et monter une offre.

Votre aisance relationnelle et votre rigueur vous permettent d'évoluer en mode projet ainsi qu’en équipe.
