UN RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATIF D'ENTREPRISE (H/F)

En tant que Responsable Administratif d’Entreprise, vous assurez la gestion comptable et financière de la business unit, en liaison étroite avec le Chef d’Entreprise et les équipes opérationnelles.


Vos missions s'articulent autour des thèmes suivants :

  • Gérer la comptabilité générale et analytique, et analyser les frais généraux
  • Superviser la facturation et le recouvrement fournisseurs/clients et participer au déploiement de la dématérialisation des flux tiers
  • Elaborer et analyser les tableaux de bord mensuels
  • Réaliser les arrêtés des comptes mensuels et trimestriels
  • Participer à l’élaboration du budget annuel et à son suivi
  • Conseiller les opérationnels, dans le pilotage et le résultat financier des projets
  • Assurer la bonne application des règles et des valeurs du Groupe.

  • De formation supérieure en Finance & Comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion, Ecole de Commerce.
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience d’au minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous êtes doté de qualités relationnelles avérées, vous aimez travailler en équipe.
  • Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et vous souhaitez participer pleinement dans la vie quotidienne de l’entreprise.
  • La connaissance de SAP serait un plus
  • Rémunération selon profil
