Technicien d'usinage tourneur-fraiseur F/H F/H

Actemium Moirans Automation est spécialisée dans l’étude, la conception, la réalisation et l’installation de systèmes automatisés axés sur la manipulation de pièces à l’aide de robots 6 axes : l’entreprise propose des solutions clé en main dans les domaines liés à l’automatisation de processus industriels s’appuyant sur l’intégration robotique.

Dans le cadre du développement de l’entreprise, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Techncien d'usinage.

Dans le respect des règles de sécurité et de la qualité attendue, vous êtes amenés à élaborer votre gamme d’usinage, à choisir vos outils et à réaliser vos programmes. Vous procédez enfin en toute autonomie au contrôle des pièces usinées.


Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

- Lire des plans et des côtes

- Réaliser / modifier des pièces en tournage et fraisage traditionnel

- Programmer les machines CN

- Régler et entretenir les machines et les outils coupants

- Réaliser les contrôles qualité et apporter les corrections

- Identifier les défauts et les remonter

- Connaître et appliquer les règles de sécurité

Idéalement, maîtriser un logiciel de fabrication assistée par ordinateur (FAO Edgecam).
