En janvier 2026, VINCI Energies a créé une nouvelle Division réunissant ses pôles industriels en France et ses activités en Amérique du Nord, soit 15 000 collaborateurs. Les équipes support sont basées à Montesson, en proche banlieue parisienne, dans des locaux récemment rénovés offrant un environnement de travail ergonomique et collaboratif.

Au sein d'une organisation à la fois agile, à dimension humaine et à portée internationale, vous rejoignez la Direction des Finances et devenez le véritable bras droit du Responsable Administratif et Financier de l'entité juridique de cette Division.

Vos missions :

  • Tenir la comptabilité générale et analytique
  • Gérer les refacturations internes
  • Assurer le reporting, les arrêtés de comptes trimestriels et la consolidation
  • Elaborer et suivre le budget des frais généraux
  • Réaliser les déclarations fiscales et sociales
  • Être garant du respect des règles du Groupe, veiller aux échéances et gérer le planning

🚀 Ce poste est pensé comme un tremplin : selon votre évolution et vos ambitions, vous pourrez évoluer vers un poste de Responsable Administratif et Financier (RAF) ou de Responsable Administratif d’Entreprise (RAE) au sein du Groupe VINCI Energies.


Et si c’était vous ?

  • Bac +5 spécialisé en comptabilité et/ou finance
  • Première expérience ou jeune diplômé, la rigueur et la curiosité priment
  • Anglais opérationnel apprécié (interactions occasionnelles avec les équipes US)
  • Esprit d'équipe, autonomie, sens du service, rigueur et curiosité - vous savez anticiper les besoins et prendre des initiatives
  • Maitrise du pack office
  • Curieux et envie de progresser
