Pour accompagner notre activité et renforcer nos équipes terrain, Actemium Saint-Nazaire recherche un·e : Chef de Chantier Itinérant (H/F)
En tant que Chef de Chantier Itinérant, vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution des travaux sur différents sites clients en France, dans le respect de nos exigences de sécurité, qualité et délais.
1. Organisation et préparation des travaux
Analyser les dossiers techniques, plans et contraintes du chantier.
Préparer les besoins en matériel, outillage, équipes et sous-traitants.
Anticiper les risques et garantir la sécurité quotidienne sur site.
2. Coordination et pilotage des équipes
Encadrer les équipes (techniciens, monteurs, sous-traitants).
Répartir les tâches, suivre l’avancement et maintenir une bonne dynamique de chantier.
Assurer la qualité des travaux réalisés.
3. Suivi technique et reporting
Assurer les points d’avancement et les réunions de chantier.
Remonter les besoins, imprévus et écarts au responsable d’affaires.
Garantir la conformité des installations et participer aux essais / mises en service.
4. Relation client & représentation d’Actemium
Être l’interlocuteur·trice terrain des clients.
Assurer une communication fluide et professionnelle.
Contribuer à la satisfaction client par votre présence et votre expertise technique.
Formation technique en électricité industrielle, électrotechnique, installation, maintenance ou équivalent.
Expérience dans la conduite ou l’encadrement de chantiers industriels.
Capacité à mobiliser et coordonner des équipes.
Sens du terrain, rigueur, autonomie et communication claire.
Mobilité indispensable (déplacements réguliers ou hebdomadaires selon chantiers).
Permis B requis.
