Préparateur méthodes maintenance F/H

Grâce à l’expertise de nos équipes, nous intervenons chez les industriels de la région dans le domaine de la maintenance.

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) Préparateur Méthodes en industrie (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe basée en région Nazairienne.

Vos missions principales :

  • Préparation et planification des interventions :
  • Élaborer les dossiers techniques (documents, schémas, modes opératoires).
  • Définir et approvisionner le matériel spécifique requis.
  • Planifier les interventions (préventif et curatif) dans le logiciel dédié.
  • Rédiger les analyses de risques et permis associés (AT).
  • Participer aux visites préalables des travaux.
  • Réceptionner, classer et diffuser les documents liés aux interventions.
  • Suivi et amélioration continue :
  • Participer aux réunions de planification et aux audits.
  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer les pratiques et la sécurité.
  • Contribuer à la politique QHSE du contrat.
  • Vous interagirez avec les sous-traitants et entreprises extérieures, et collaborerez avec les équipes internes (Méthodes, Maintenance, QSE).



Formation technique (BTS ou Licence en Méthodes Maintenance).
Expérience sur un poste similaire.
Connaissance de SAP et maîtrise de la suite Office (Excel notamment).
Sensibilité technique, excellent relationnel, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
