Actemium Maintenance Loire Océan, acteur clé de la maintenance industrielle et membre du Groupe VINCI Energies, recherche un(e) Responsable d’Affaires pour accompagner notre croissance et renforcer notre équipe basée en région Nazairienne (Montoir-de-Bretagne, Saint-Nazaire).

Vos missions principales :

  • Piloter et développer un portefeuille d’activités en maintenance industrielle.
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients en proposant des solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Gérer les aspects financiers, humains et opérationnels des affaires.
  • Encadrer et animer une équipe de techniciens et spécialistes.
  • Garantir la sécurité et la qualité des interventions sur site.

Formation technique et commerciale.
Expérience significative en gestion d’affaires (chargé·e d’affaires, ingénieur·e d’affaires, responsable d’activités) dans l’industrie et la maintenance.
Sensibilité technique, excellent relationnel, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
Organisation, force de proposition et goût pour l’innovation.
