Animateur sécurité F/H

·    Suivi des actions de prévention issues du terrain (visites terrain, animations causerie, suivi des situations dangereuses…).
·    Coordonner les sujets QHSE en interne
·    Assurer le développement et la montée en compétences des collaborateurs en matière de QHSE
·    Animer les équipes/ accompagner les managers dans la recherche et la mise en place de solutions d'élimination des situations à risques
·    Assurer la veille réglementaire en matière de QHSE
·    Suivre les différents indicateurs évaluant les résultats QHSE
·    Contrôler, suivre et rapporter à sa direction le respect du déploiement des certifications du SMI.
·    Piloter, en cas d'incidents, accidents ou situations dangereuses, l'analyse des causes et mettre en place des actions correctives 
·    Préparer l’outillage des collaborateurs


De formation bac + 3 à Master Management QSE ou équivalent, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes force de propositions. 

Vous possédez des qualités de rigueur, d'autonomie, d'esprit de service et avez un bon relationnel.

Vous appréciez les missions terrain.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance du système de management QSE et une sensibilité santé/sécurité (ISO 45001 et 9001 / MASE)
