Digital learning trainee/working student (alternant) F/H F/H

You will join a team of 6 people within the Knowledge Management department, dedicated to sharing and disseminating knowledge across the entire Omexom network.

Our mission is to support the international training network, design learning programs, and facilitate knowledge transfer. We work in close collaboration with more than 20 technical institutes (mainly in Europe), within a network that is continuously expanding worldwide.

Your responsibilities
1. Develop training programs and design digital learning content

  • Work closely with the Knowledge Management team to support the creation of digital training modules (from storyboard to final design)
  • Design digital training content on energy-related topics
  • Contribute to the translation and adaptation of training materials for different countries
  • Use tools such as Gomo, Genially, Vyond, and VTS

2. Identify training needs and monitor market trends

  • Analyze internal training needs across the network
  • Propose innovative learning solutions and formats (e.g. gamification, webinars, AI-generated content, etc.)

3. Organize and support training initiatives

  • Train local teams in creating e-learning modules (methodology and digital tools)
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure long-term adoption of tools and best practices

  • Master’s degree (Year 1 or Year 2) in Digital Learning, E-learning Project Management, or Instructional Design
  • Strong interest in the energy sector and the energy transition
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Dynamic, creative, and innovative mindset
  • Ability to manage projects autonomously
  • Fluent in French and English; an additional language is a plus
