Gestionnaire Paie et comptabilité fournisseurs F/H

VINCI FACILITIES recrute un(e) Gestionnaire Paie et Comptabilité fournisseurs H/F pour une de ses entreprises. Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI et basé dans le 92. 

Directement rattaché au RAF, voici vos principales missions : 

Gestion de la Paie (70%)

- Saisie et contrôle des éléments fixes et variables de paie 

- Comptabilisation des écritures de paie 

- Etablissement des déclarations auprès des organismes sociaux et en être l'interlocuteur privilégié (Maladies, DSN, mutuelle, retraite, prévoyance, médecine du travail) 

- Reporting social 

Comptabilité Fournisseurs (30%) 

- Saisie des factures fournisseurs, sous-traitants

- Gestion des règlements 

- Saisie des rapprochements bancaires 

- Saisie des écritures de bilan 

- Gestion des notes de frais (vérification et paiement) 

- Gestion de la trésorerie 

- Création, mise à jour et vérification des coordonnées fournisseurs 


Vous validez une licence en gestion de Paie, RH, comptabilité et vous avez une première expérience en gestion de paie de 3 ans minimum. 

Vous maîtrisez impérativement le logiciel HR Access. 

Vous avez un excellent relationnel et vous êtes rigoureux.
